Every situation is unique. The menu tabs below are just indicative of how After the Millennials can help your business. To stay agile we offer a modular service approach. For smaller engagements, the services will be provided in solo by founder and futurist Anne Boysen. For highly customized or research intensive projects, experts and professionals are hired on projects as needed. This gives extra flexibility to the services we provide and allows us to charge lower fees than many other consultancies.

After the Millennials is one of the very few consulting services that cover the post-millennial generation. With ten years of research and work experience from some of the largest consumer-facing companies in the world, I  provide strategic advice uniquely for your brand. Whether the objective is to target the next generation with a new product or marketing campaign, or learn how they are evolving as emerging employees, an hour’s consultation will help you find the strength and opportunities your company embodies.

For corporate clients the first 20 minutes are free. There is no charge for media interviews. Pro bono work is considered on a case-by-case basis for the non-profit sector.

As an experienced speaker I have presented at conferences and universities, as keynote speaker and as guest lecturer. My speaking style is engaging and aims to bring in new ideas and perspectives, and to empower people to reach their full potential in a time of exponential change. I have spoken about foresight topics and generational topics in a wide variety of settings and many different countries.

When physical attendance is not possible or desireable, I also offer web based presentations and webinars.

We understand that often the answers lie within your own data. As one of few Strategic Foresight consultancies, After the Millennials now offer BI & Analytics as an integral part of “future mapping” your organization. We also conduct, collect and analyze responses from external survey panels to unveil emerging opportunities in the market.

We write white papers and reports customized to your specific industry using strategic foresight, generational analysis and a large database of insights. Our report types are of two types depending on your company’s needs and budget:

Generic reports: These reports are based on secondary data, existing surveys and the existing data material previously collected by After the Millennials. We will cover emerging trends and analysis based on your specific industry need. When applicable we use text mining programs to analyze relevant social media buzz.

Custom report: These reports include all elements of the generic reports, but will also use custom surveys and focus groups. This is very useful in cases where specific queries are needed, where too little reliable secondary data exist, or the trends to are so new that no credible institution have thought of researching them yet (this is more common than not!)

Often the best knowledge is hidden in the organization and crowds think better than single minds. To single out this latent insights we offer workshop participation and facilitation, which can help move the discussion in a way that makes sure all areas and important insights are covered. This is often used in for “white space identification” during the ideation phase of conceptualizing new products or discovering emerging markets. Workshops can be a very good match when the goal is to uncover hidden knowledge and to embed new ideas in a cohesive, new macro-environment of “future states” or scenarios. This is in turn invaluable for discovering blind spots and for seeing new disruptive opportunities. I/we will typically travel to a pre-determined destination of your choice or can help plan the event. Don’t let geography limit you! Modern technology makes it possible to hold innovative virtual workshops in cases when the attendees cannot physically be present.
